Senior Marketing&Growth Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team and help us grow our brand and customer base.

You’ll be the one driving creative marketing strategies and campaigns that get results. From attracting new customers to keeping our current ones engaged, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with people. ???? Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with companies and influencers. Launch joint campaigns with other protocols, manage partnerships, and interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Twitter Marketing: Conceptualize and execute highly relevant social media campaigns on Twitter aimed at user interaction, sign-ups, and brand visibility through engaging content.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling content across multiple platforms that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on Twitter, forums, and other digital platforms to build brand presence and loyalty.
  • Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team on all campaign phases, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in marketing with a strong presence on Twitter.
  • Experience in growth hacking and building scalable marketing systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and interacting effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to devise unique marketing strategies that set us apart from competitors.


????How we work

All of us are makers, none of us are managers. Therefore we work on the maker schedule.

We have 2 set meetings a week, 1 on Monday, 1 on Thursday.

We value flow, deep work, and individual impact. You won’t get a barrage of messages or notifications during the middle of the day.

Everything is based on value, not time. You know how to manage this best, so we let you manage it yourself.

We do have extra meetups, collobarative sessions, and lots of time in figma, are.na, throughout the week.

Ultimately, we believe the best way to become great at something, is to practice it over and over again in different contexts.
