IT Senior Management Team

This is a generic role structure for an IT organization to be used for reference and be adjusted and detailed to meet clients' context and objectives

Chief Information Officer

  1. Head Business Relationship Management: Coordinates interaction between business and IT. Ensures a common approach and efficient management of business stakeholders. Understands and priorities business demand. Evaluates business.
  2. Head Strategy and Architecture: Align the IS strategy and paints to the business strategy and priorities. Translate IS strategy into a technology strategy. Sequences the delivery of business demand. Drives enterprise architecture.
  3. Head Solution Delivery: Manages projects and programmes to ensure delivery on time of new solutions whilst effectively managing associated risks. Develops added-value solutions to meet business requirements.- Program Office Manager: Identifies and ensures adherence to IT organization's program and project management methodology within IT(e.g. PRINCE2). Schedules the program- Project Manager: Delivers project on behalf of the IT organization within established time, cost and quality parameters. Ensure specialist domain best practice including business and IT.
  4. Head Service Management: Manages the effective and efficient delivery of IT services to the business. Ensures a smooth transition of services from Solution Delivery to a live environment.
  5. Head Supplier Management: Implements sourcing strategy to meet business and IT requirements. Ensures strategic use if supplier services. Ensure alignment with broader procurement standards and policies.
