The upscale community provides 24X7 chauffeur, ambulance, firetruck, hygiene and sanitation, maintenance workers, and doctors on call. There is a cafeteria which offers healthy vegetarian meals 3 times a day and free delivery. The project encompasses a clubhouse with all the indoor and outdoor games, theater, swimming pool etc.”

Mrs. Kothari & Mr. Kothari, Ashiana Utsav, Lavasa said, “We find we’re doing a lot more at Ashiana than when we were younger. We go out into the wild and we run up the hills, walk into the mountains, do a trek of about 20 to 22 kms, easily. I think when we were in the city, we could barely walk a km and a half.”
