The Mann House - Majors Road, Cumming, Ga

This A.L. 50 Bed Senior Living Home has been completed and fully decorated now. It is in the City of Cumming off Majors Road. There are open courtyards in order to give the building nice day-light areas for the residents to have some quiet peaceful areas and not have the dark corridors become the predominant interior feeling. The Front Porch also is a great location for residents to not feel closed in and have a better connection to the outside areas. This design also includes nice open vaulted ceiling areas inside the Living & Dining Areas with the see-through Stone Fireplace between these spaces. 

This is just one of many of our New Senior Living Designs coming to the public via The Baldwin Architectural Group. We are looking forward to seeing all of these Senior Living Designs getting built.
