Project & Customer description:

The customer is a high-end supplier of IT solutions for government and NGOs in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. The nearest future plans are to expand activities to other areas of Western and Southern Europe. Miratech is engaged in the project of full-cycle software application development in the tax administration domain area (“from the scratch” product for tax assessment).

• Database:?Oracle,?MongoDB

Responsibilities:

• Implement software components according to the design specifications
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting and resolution
• Perform unit testing of software components
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines
• Proactively collaborate with the teammates and communicate with the Project Stakeholders to ensure that the Project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps

Background & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring (MVC, Data JPA, Security), RESTful services, JMS, Liquibase
• Experience with Hibernate, Oracle DB
• Good understanding of testing principles
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of infrastructure development
• Ability to travel to the following countries (if required): Switzerland
