Senior Front-End Developer (React)

Reston VA (remote until offices open)

Contract through EOY, likely to extend through 2021

This is a Senior level FE role, looking for extensive experience in JS, specifically React.js

Responsibility

1. Work with the team to translate work into pixel perfect JS
2. Help manage projects through the design, development and QA
3. Work with a variety of CMS and ecommerce systems and frameworks
4. Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers
5. Develop new user-facing features
6. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
7. Participate in code review

Skills

1. React and AngularJS, some Redux ideal
2. Should have some exposure to Cloud (ideally AWS)
3. Test Driven Development 
4. Must understand and have experience in Unit testing
5. Web Services 
6. CSS
7. Version control tools and debuig tools

Nice To Have

1. Good Understanding of Micro services

Docker or similar for DevOps/Operation side of the role
