My client is a well-established Japanese multinational corporation specializing in adhesive and sealant solutions for various industries. We are seeking a dedicated and capable Senior Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Senior Finance Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in taxation, full sets of accounts, and audit processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of financial management within a manufacturing or adhesive and sealant manufacturer environment. Singaporean candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation Management:

Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, including GST and corporate income tax.

Assist in tax planning and compliance to optimize tax strategies.

Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

Full Sets of Accounts:

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Audit Support:

Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual and periodic audits.

Ensure audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and records.

Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Financial Analysis:

Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Generate financial reports and insights for management.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and filings.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information as needed.

Qualifications:

ACCA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of hands-on finance experience with expertise in taxation, full sets of accounts, and audit.

Familiarity with Singaporean tax regulations and accounting standards.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing or adhesive and sealant manufacturer environment.
