Senior Directors - Ecology Division – South East, Midlands and North

My client is a small to medium sized enterprise with a reputation for excellence working on some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure, planning & social programmes.

They are looking to further expand and strengthen their presence in the UK. They require Senior Directors to be based in their South East, Midlands & Northern (Wakefield) Office

You will have a high degree of autonomy over shaping and growing local teams, pursuing appropriate opportunities, improving processes, driving innovation and developing new initiatives. As a senior team member, you will play a wider role in mentoring and developing the ecology team across the division and provide direct support to the divisional directors.??In addition, you will take ownership of some key client accounts/frameworks and contribute to and support the development of other teams and service propositions in these region, including the growth of our Arboriculture team.

On a day to day basis you will act as project manager/director of major infrastructure and residential development projects. Over time, as they invest in new services such as Environmental Net Gain and Natural Capital, there will be opportunities for you to develop /apply your skills in these areas and to work across different divisions and business units on a range of projects.

You will have proven experience as a senior director of ecology.
