As our client (a fintech leader) undergoes a significant growth, we are in search of an experienced and visionary Senior DevOps Engineer to play a crucial role in their IT department.
The selected candidate will be instrumental in building our client's infrastructure as code, formulating our client's continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, help implement an efficient A/B testing framework through blue-green deployment strategies, and establishing a secondary data center for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP).
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, facilitating rapid and reliable software deployment.
- Implement and manage blue-green deployment for A/B testing, ensuring high availability and seamless transition between versions.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices, enhancing the efficiency and quality of our development processes.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for and implementing improvements to our processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a demonstrated ability to develop infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and manage blue-green deployments.
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Expertise in hybrid cloud.
- Proficient with GitHub and other version control systems.
- Strong understanding of API gateways, three-tier architecture, networking, security, and database management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
