My client delivers a world leading series of events and broadcasts across ?ve continents and a powerful global digital media portfolio, including the only global magazine devoted to the Tech Industry, through exciting expansion a new role has arisen for a talented producer with expertise within large-scale events.

The Candidate… will be a highly commercial, content-focused, ?and ?proactive, ?with ?the ?skills ?to ?project ?manage ?their ?broadcasts ?and events from end-to-end, driving all other functions for the ?nancial success and quality delivery of the ?nal product.

This role… involves the ownership of a portfolio of conference broadcasts streamed live and on-demand to a global audience, via the market-leading webinar platform. The Content Producer will be responsible for the production and project management of a number of speci?c channels within the broadcast schedule, designed to attract senior technology professionals.

Research and Programme Development
●?????Keep primary research at the core of the process – develop high quality agendas, based on in-depth research with the market – both buy and sell-side, that provide cutting-edge thought leadership, global insights and trends, best practice examples and innovative thinking
●?????Create commercial, market-led broadcasts designed to drive leads and sponsor engagement with quali?ed buyers and purchase in?uencers
●?????Identify opportunities and develop relationships to drive future broadcast and event growth and success
Speaker Acquisition and Management
●?????Acquire top level, high pro?le end-user speakers that meet the information needs of the target audience
●?????Work closely with our sponsors to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge thought-leading content that supports the programme and meets the audience’s information needs
●?????Brief all speakers on the broadcast experience and hold prep calls to provide platform demos and discuss the content and format of their sessions

●?????Record episode previews to drive further subscriptions on owned social channels and effectively showcase your production expertise
●?????Video previews/interviews with speakers where appropriate

Live Broadcast Management
●?????Create episodes on the on24 webinar platform and hold prep calls with all speakers ???to demo the platform
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
●?????University educated, 2:1 or above or equivalent
●?????3+ years of directly relevant b2b commercial conference production experience
●?????Direct experience of producing large scale b2b events live and digital events
●?????Outstanding organisation and time management skills
●?????Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time
●?????Exceptional writing, attention to detail and proof-reading skills
