We're proud to be working with a major worldwide hospitality brand, looking for a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to optimise revenue across three key hotels in their London portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-property Revenue Manager, with big city experience in a branded environment. highly analytical, commercially minded and a strong communicator. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to be creative and methodical in your approach as well as being well-versed in stakeholder management.
- Manage room authorisations, rates, and restrictions
- Handle function space authorisations, restrictions, and rental
- Manage room inventory to maximise cluster rooms revenue
- Implement hotels sales strategies effectively in reservation and inventory systems
- Ensure clean booking windows for customers by releasing group rooms back into general inventory
- Monitor transient and group inventory daily for straight-line availability and revenue maximisation
- Communicate and adjust sales strategies and rate restrictions based on market conditions
- Support cluster selling initiatives by collaborating with reservation centres
- Utilise reservations and demand forecasting systems for implementing and controlling selling strategies
- Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels
- Establish long-range objectives, strategies, and actions to achieve them
- Compile, analyse, and monitor actual sales against projected sales
- Create long-range forecasts for rooms and catering by segment
- Analyse period-end and other available systems data to identify trends and obstacles
- Prepare revenue, profit, demand, and occupancy forecasts for rooms and function space
- Provide revenue analysis expertise to general managers, property leadership teams, and market sales leaders
- Act as a liaison between property and regional/corporate systems support
