- Proficiency in Japanese required
- Bachelor's degree in IT from an accredited institution
- Strong IT foundation
- Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a Business Analyst
- Quick understanding of business processes
- Ability to analyze requirements and create SRS, URS, RUD, and basic design documents
- Good documentation skills
- Experience with creating models on Figma
- Ability to design and query databases is an advantage
- JLPT N2 or higher: Confident in communicating with clients
- Experience in the finance and securities sector is a plus
- Flexible in transitioning between BA and Tester roles
- Stable, detail-oriented, and meticulous with work
- Friendly and cooperative with team members

- Project size: 11 members
- Salary: Negotiable
- Minimum 13 months' salary per year, not including additional bonuses such as KPI performance bonuses, project bonuses, and revenue-based bonuses.
