What’s the purpose of this role?
Nxt Level is currently exploding and our book of business is skyrocketing. So, we’re in need of someone to step into an existing book of business to help grow current customers. This includes helping be the gatekeeper for our clients to make sure we’re top notch at what we do. A successful Account Manager is metrics driven, constantly looks at key performance indicators to determine our success rate, and drives the team to excel.
An Account Manager at Nxt Level is a Lead Recruiter. As a Lead Recruiter you will help facilitate communication between our existing customers and our internal staff. This is someone that’s owning and managing customer relationships as the first point of contact as we get new roles in the company. You will facilitate conversations with our customers to uncover pain points, understand requirements and get the internal recruiting team engaged with our customers. You are the internal “hype man†to make your accounts win.
We need someone that understands the sales process and loves to challenge the status quo. We are a fun sales team built around team collaboration and winning together. That means you understand the recruitment process and can push back on clients to mutually win. If you see a bottleneck, you’re willing to solve it. You ask the right questions and help make proper decisions on what candidates should be sent to the client and which ones should be rejected.
