Send Video and Watch Your Sales Grow!

Shooting video is not difficult however, people can make it that way. We convince ourselves that TOMORROW is a better day to start. Today can’t be the right day. It’s like the sign you see at the bar “Free Beer Tomorrow” believe me, I have tried to get the “Free Beer” and tomorrow never comes.


So, what’s the deal?


Stop Doing This:

I am suggesting you STOP sending long emails that take 5-8 min to write and then proof and still have typo’s in them, only to end up in the shopper’s “spam” filter.


Start Doing This:

Short personalized videos with an introduction of you and then the vehicle the shopper is interested in. Answer any questions they may have about you, the dealership, the vehicle. This is a great opportunity to truly separate yourself from other dealers and other sales people they are working with.


Video is a dealer differentiator and believe me people are looking for video and for the most part are not getting it when it comes to their vehicle shopping experience.


As Seth Godin states, “people don’t do these things (Video) because they don’t want to be wrong”. We are taught all of our life that being wrong is a problem. Well I am here to tell you that you will learn a lot about yourself, your friends, coworkers and most importantly your customers. What people like about you, your videos and so much more. Try being wrong, uncomfortable and watch how you grow.

As Seth Godin states "you have an opportunity to work with a small audience and learn from their feedback, grow and get better". Video is a fantastic why to do it.
