SEND EM TO JAIL AND REALLY RAKE IT IN

Attnys are often stimulated by the court to limit the scope of their defns & invstgtn on criminl cases where the attnys know some judges are vry tough when allotting funds for indigent. The attnys less eager to work hard & their mind focused on billable hrs than client welfare, feed right into the judge's concept of putting more crmnls in jail (many totally innocent), pay for everyone's salaries, So the Attnys just take on more cases than they can handle, provide at best a mediocre defense against the DA, police & sometimes even the defns attny are all working together. The client often gets similar inadequate rep even with privt pay attnys who take all his $$, than abandon him. The defndt gets convicted, goes to jail like he's supposed to, & all R happy from the cop who threw out the loosely flung net,.,guilty or not, made an easy collar, and got an "Atta boy", the DA who gets another notch & the prison gets another paying customer. 1 great big happy family & this lucrative $$ pit method of crime fighting is going on nationwide. And sick as all this sounds, that's how we are fighting crime in America the "land of the free ."If you were born on the right side of the tracks" wealthy enough to move over to the right side, or smart enough to make sure your kids were brought up in a safe nurturing environment and educated, you avoided the proverbial ghetto noose".
