Seminar On TQM
My teammates and I recently conducted a seminar on Total Quality Management (TQM), focusing on Deming’s 14 Principles, to educate participants on improving business efficiency and quality.
We discussed the core concepts of TQM, emphasizing continuous improvement, leadership commitment, and customer-centric processes. The seminar highlighted how Deming’s principles, such as eliminating defects, fostering teamwork, and embracing innovation, contribute to long-term success.
Through case studies and interactive discussions, we demonstrated how businesses can implement these principles to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
The event was a great opportunity to share knowledge and inspire a culture of excellence in organizations.
