The 2025 UCD Hult Prize winners: Charge Eire!?
Intense competition from the 10 teams left a tough decision for the judges.
The UCD Hult Prize didn't happen overnight and there's a few thanks in order. Big thanks from the I&E to University College Dublin, NovaUCD, UCD Lochlann Quinn School of Business, Raomal Perera, the UCD Earth Institute, the UCD Innovation Academy, Enterprise Ireland, UCD Sustainability, Hult Prize Foundation, the Hult organising committee and our headline sponsor Deloitte for their help behind the scenes! Smurfit Business School Ranking
Great News for UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School!
The Full-Time MBA programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School has been ranked 1st in Ireland and 73rd globally in the latest Financial Times MBA Rankings, climbing 18 places from last year! Up from 91st in 2024, the new ranking places the UCD Smurfit School MBA as Ireland’s only MBA programme in the prestigious top 100 list.
“The 2025 global rankings reaffirm UCD Smurfit School’s status as Ireland’s top-ranked business school and a European leader in MBA and business education,” said Professor Anthony Brabazon, Dean of UCD College of Business.
The placement builds on the success of the December 2024 news that placed UCD Smurfit School as 21st in the FT European Business Schools Rankings, which is considered the 'Ranking of Rankings' in terms of measuring business schools’ quality and range of ranked programmes.

VCIC Applications
The Venture Capital Investment Competition is the largest VC competition in the world with over 130 universities taking part each year. Students are judged on their skills as a venture capitalist where they will complete due diligence on 3 start-ups who will be there on the day.? Teams of 5 from Ireland’s 6 premier universities will be competing on March 1st in a regional qualifiers held in UCD. The winning team will be brought to compete in the global finals at the university of North Carolina in April.? ?
MUN NYU Applications now open
We’re excited to announce that, with the support of our sponsor, Arthur Cox, we will be attending the annual New York University Model United Nations (HNMUN) conference at NYU from April 3rd-6th, 2025.?
This is a unique opportunity to participate in one of the most prestigious collegiate Model United Nations conferences of its kind in the world.
