Selling your Property and its Effect on your Golden Visa

Congratulations on getting your Golden Visa through Real Estate investment! If you plan on selling your property, consider the following:

1. The title deed of your property is directly linked to your Visa.
2. Before your property sells, you need to submit supporting documents to retain your Golden Visa.
3. Valuation certificates issued by the Dubai Land Department affirming your investment portfolio value still add up to 2 Million AED or more is needed.
4. Verifying documents and property sales transactions are time-sensitive, so they must be processed well in advance to avoid your transactions being blocked.
