I’m standing in front of a home here in Churchill Farms, a smaller neighborhood in the Katy-Fulshear area where homes sell notoriously slowly. The owners of this home have been trying to sell the property for years but couldn’t get the price they needed for it. Well, thankfully, our current market is a fierce seller’s market, so when they relisted it recently, they got wildly different—and much better—results.
