Selleration / UPtick - Great for the Classroom and The Sales War Room at Any Company

Selleration's UPtick is a digital sales platform which creates a way to score salespeople by asking assessment questions, and using automated, scalable, role plays that take place with 3-dimensional avatars of customers. This software creates a ranking of a company’s sales team in order to track each member selling behavior. From the information gathered, the team is able to identify which members excel in each particular area. It also allows the team to see which selling behaviors deliver the best results, where to invest, and what improvements your team can make.

Teams are also able to view their staff ranking according to their selling behavior. This feature makes it easy to see a high-level view of a salesperson's Selling Intelligence by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and Cognitive Skills indicator.

This program can benefit sales teams by delivering results on improvements the team may need to make. It helps the team focus on specific strengths and weaknesses of each individual on the team.

UPtick provides the team with Behavioral Coaching Cues which deliver the team with high quality, validated, proven coaching. These results will help a team leverage strength and help understand weaknesses. Overall, this program can help a team improve loyalty, commitment, and dedication to their goals.

As a professor, I had my students go through the simulations as part of their Personal Selling and Sales Management class. In lieu of a sales text, the students purchased access to UPtick for the semester. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing their progress throughout the semester, and they commented how it was much easier to be able to role play over and over at their pace vs during the time limits of class.
