To sell or not to sell, that is the question.
In normal countries, and even more so during times of restricted demand, we cannot afford not to sell. Except in Argentina, a country located at the southern end of America, where the long term is projected at 72 hours.
A country where you earn more money by storing merchandise than by selling it, and where 40% of the population lives below the poverty line, and 56% of children are poor but it is very difficult to find employees willing to work.
In the global context of the bicycle, it could be said that Argentina is still one of the few markets with active demand, especially in mid and high end products. Even with the main international brands opening new sales points, in one of the historical moments of greater import restrictions.
The upside down country. But the 2nd or 3rd market in Latin America, with still a lot of potential to be exploited for bicycle industry players. Even with two digits monthly inflation rates.
A market in which it is undoubtedly worth diving into, but not without first fastening your seatbelts.
