Be Selfish With Your: TIME

This is going to seem contradictory, but selfishness with your time gives you more time in the day. Period. We find that all business owners only really want 3 things.

1. More Money
2. More Clients
3. More Time

So, it's time to get selfish with your time...

Let me explain. Giving specific time to tour daily tasks, and I mean RIGID time constraints, will free you in ways you never thought possible. Block out a section of your day (like 3-4 hours) and nothing gets inside that bubble except your work. This includes calls, appointments that are not scheduled for this time, no email checks, no YouTube, no door-leaners of people who come to your space to pick your brain (they just want to not work themselves), NOTHING.

Then you add a secret sauce to this time. The day before, you write out what you want to do. You should be doing this anyway, but if not, you are going to do it now. This makes a time reduction sauce compressing 8 hours of work into 3-4. If you want to think about it, you burn the first 45 minutes to an hour figuring out what you want to do. Writing them out at the end of the workday, or even as the evening goes on taking note of things that pop into your mind as it winds down, gives you a burn list to burn through.

Do it every day for one week and you will have more time, and get more done without burnout than you have ever achieved before.
