I would love to believe that the first few steps apostle Peter took on the surface of that water was a venture into Entreprenuership. The life threatening step out of the comfort zone and a stable income, minimum or not. Realistically speaking, its the stupid thing, the least logical and not to mention the path of most resistance.
I mean WOW! Look at those waves, rising and falling like the exchange rate of Naira to anything else. Feel that hurricane, snatching roofs of houses, throwing whole families in the streets, yanking feeding bottles from the lips of newly birthed companies. Are you blind?!!! We can't let you do this Peter. Its too dangerous. We love you too much. If only you'll start seeing with your eyes and stop seeing with your heart you'll agree with us that its an impossible situation. Everyone can't be wrong Peter. We'll be right here where its safe, and when you return we'll say we told you so.
Step one. Step Two. Three. Four. Fi- Peteeeeeeeer!!!! He's drowning! Somebody help! We warned him but he didn't listen to us. It won't work we said. The odds are against you we said. No one has ever done it and survived we said. But did he listen to us? You bet not. Don't we too have dreams? Dont we too have ambitions? Haven't we also tried before? But no. He'd rather risk everything for the sake of something only he can see. something that will eventually cost him his- Wait a minute! Judas, do you see what I see?
