SELF SCRUTINY

Self scrutiny is one of the most difficult things to do. Most people are afraid to do it because they dread what they might find out about themselves. So they would rather live with a false idea of themselves.
If you truly examine yourself, you will get a better understanding of yourself. It dosen't matter in which area you examine yourself, you will get a result and start developing yourself from there. There is no growth without self scrutiny.
You have to honestly look into yourself if you want to improve yourself in your personal relationships and business relationships. In order to build a rock solid marriage, one needs to examine himself/herself, admit his/her wrongs and correct himself/herself. There is no moving forward without correcting the wrongs committed.
The same principle applies in business. Examining mistakes and improving relationships could help businesses flourish. If those in charge don't take time to analyze their own actions, little will be accomplished and businesses will suffer.
Whichever way we may look at it, self scrutiny is important. It should be embraced and not feared. You grow and develop when you look into yourself, admit your faults and strengthen your outstanding traits.
Try self-examination. Write down your findings and work on your character.
Be the best that you can be.
