Self-Sabotage Coaching

We all self sabotage, to some degree. The good news is, it's easy to stop if we have the right information.

In a nutshell, our subconscious mind drives our self-sabotaging behaviour. For example...

- We want to lose weight, but end up eating foods we shouldn't be eating and not going to the gym.

- We buy home exercise equipment and letting it sit in the basement unused.

- We'd like to start our own business, so we invest in online courses and books, but never follow through.

- We'd like to try harder in an existing relationship, or break free of an old relationship, yet we don't take action.

Why don't we make the changes, even though we are suffering?

Because, what we want is unfamiliar and therefore challenging.

And what we already have seems to be safe, secure, familiar and a much easier option than making the changes we desire.

So we can remain in cycles of...

- Addictive behaviour

- Procrastination

- Toxic relationships

- Wasting endless hours scrolling social media

- Taking street and prescribed drugs

- Binge-eating

- Skipping meals

- Over-exercising

- Not exercising

- Starvation diets

- Not maintaining good health, until a crisis occurs

- Using negative language and a negative inner dialogue

- Wasting energy, time and resources on people, projects and products that don't serve us whatsoever.

These are all forms of self-sabotage.

Self-sabotage occurs when we engage in illogical and irrational behaviours.

And we continue to act them out, even though they are making our lives worse.

Many of these irrational and illogical behaviours, which we try to stop are unfortunately very self-abusive.

This very powerful self-sabotage cycle can cause major issues:

- Addictions

- Weight gain

- Disease

- Anxiety and Depression

- Financial ruination

- Broken and dysfunctional relationships

- Unrealised dreams

But there is hope. Because we can reverse this cycle at any time.

We can have the life we want. We can break free and become healthy, wealthy, happy and content.

Because, the science of why we self-sabotage is clear, as are the solutions...

We are controlled by the subconscious mind, which makes us fit in with the people in our immediate environment.

Unfortunately, when we live in an environment where negative behaviour is common, our subconscious mind adopts the negative behaviour. Even if this causes us to become miserable, gross and sick...

Thankfully, there are ways to communicate with the subconscious mind, so it doesn't mimic the unhealthy behaviours of the majority in our immediate environment.

To heal from self-sabotage, all we need to know is the programming language and communication coding of the subconscious mind.

With this knowledge, we can reprogram our subconscious to act out positive behaviours that will drive us towards our dreams.
