A Self-Reflection Guide to Shifting Into Higher Frequencies

Trailing off the last newsletter on March 11th, I want to help my readers shift into higher frequencies easy and fast; I aim to uncomplicate things for you all.

Most of us overlook the fact that our personal growth and energetic frequency are deeply connected to our own level of self-awareness. In truth, the more in tune we are with ourselves, the easier it becomes to break free from limitations, to help raise our vibration and create a life of purpose and fulfillment. So, where do we start right?

The simple answer is self-reflection.

When we ask the right questions it allows us to unlock hidden blocks, we are able to recognize patterns and then we are able to shift into higher states of consciousness.

Below, I want to share my simple framework to help you navigate your personal transformation. It may be simple but I assure you its also powerful, it has helped me tremendously over the past few decades and it will help you as well if you are feeling stuck looking for purpose and clarity. Let's get to it!


Step 1 | Self-Awareness and Frequency Assessment

Its important to acknowledge that before we can shift, we must understand where we currently stand. So, the best way to find the answers you seek is to ask the right questions.

Grab a journal and start with these very specific questions found below. I will also help guide you with action steps as a follow up. Its one thing to answer the questions but its a whole new level when we follow up with action as the universe loves and responds very well to action!

Remember, BE HONEST with yourself.

Questions:

  • What is my current emotional and energetic state?
  • Do I feel aligned with my purpose or am I living on autopilot?
  • How do I feel after spending time with certain people, consuming certain media or engaging in specific activities? Do they elevate or drain me?
  • What recurring patterns or challenges show up in my life and what are they teaching me?
  • What emotions or thoughts do I default to when I face adversity?

Action Steps You Must Take -

  • Keep a journal for a week to track your energy levels, emotions and patterns. Better yet, if you can intentionally do this for 4 weeks; you'll gain much more clarity.
  • Limit exposure to negative influences including and not limited to, media, conversations, environments etc.
  • Identify what truly lights you up and make it a priority in your life.


Step 2 | Identifying & Releasing Blocks

To be honest, what often holds us back isn’t a lack of potential, oh no-no-no. In fact, its actually the subconscious beliefs and emotional baggage we carry on a daily basis.

Questions:

  • What limiting beliefs about myself or the world are keeping me stuck?
  • What fears or past traumas are preventing me from stepping into my full potential?
  • In what ways do I self-sabotage or resist change and why?
  • Am I holding onto resentment, anger or guilt that lowers my frequency? If so, how can I release it?
  • What habits, relationships or environments no longer serve me and am I willing to let them go?

Action Steps You Must Take:

  • Write down your limiting beliefs and challenge them with new empowering truths. The key to determining whether a limiting belief is true or not is simply to look for evidence of it.
  • Practice forgiveness whether it’s towards yourself or others, releasing anger and resentment frees up energy. Its cathartic actually!

Step 3 | Raising Your Frequency and Aligning Your Energy

We can't simply wish or hope for things, we must be intentional about it. To elevate our lives, we must intentionally raise our vibration and cultivate a lifestyle that supports our highest potential. Here are questions to help you get there!

Questions:

  • What activities bring me the most joy, excitement and fulfillment? How often do I prioritize them? Helpful hint: Think back to your childhood.
  • What is my body communicating to me about my energy levels and well-being?
  • How do I currently nurture my mind, body and soul? Where can I improve?
  • How do I respond to setbacks? Do I allow them to define me or do I see them as growth opportunities?
  • What does my highest self look like, act like and think like? How can I embody that version of me today? I have a step by step guide to help you create your future self if you are interested, please DM me.

Action Steps You Must Take:

  • Create a ‘high-frequency’ daily routine, for me it is exercise, nature walks, meditation, healthy food and creative expression.
  • Practice gratitude daily; it instantly raises your vibration. Its not enough to say things like I am grateful for this coffee but why are you grateful? For example, I am grateful for this coffee because of all the hands it had to go through to make it here. I am grateful for all those who worked hard so I could enjoy this cup of coffee etc.
  • Shift your self-talk, words in fact do carry a vibration. I challenge you to replace negative inner dialogue with affirming thoughts and verbiage.


Step 4 | Manifestation and Conscious Creation

As I have discovered, once you are in alignment, manifestation then becomes effortless. The key you are looking for here is clarity, self-worth and trusting in the process.

Questions:

  • Am I clear about what I truly desire or am I influenced by societal expectations?
  • Do I believe I am worthy of success, love, abundance and happiness? If not, what’s holding me back?
  • How do I currently speak to myself? Is my inner dialogue supportive or limiting?
  • What small, intentional steps can I take today to align with my dreams and aspirations?
  • How can I trust my intuition more deeply in making decisions?

Action Steps You Must Take:

  • Create a vision board or write down your goals in detail.
  • Practice self-worth journaling, remind yourself daily that you are deserving cause YOU ARE.
  • Take inspired action, those small, aligned steps that bring big shifts over time with practice, intention and consistency.

My Final Thoughts For You

My journey has been long. I can assure you that my own transformation and many others, didn't happen overnight but each small step does build momentum. I can promise you that as you increase your awareness, start to release what no longer serves you and step into alignment, you will naturally shift into higher frequencies and attract more of what you desire.

I can also promise you that your journey is unique and the answers are already within you. The one thing I suggest you start TODAY is stop comparing your life to those around you or online. We all have different journeys, lessons to be learned, experiences to live, gifts to share and purpose to be found.

Ask the questions, then take action and watch as your life begins to transform in ways you never imagined.
