Self-reflection: An Overview
Self-reflection is a mental process you can use to understand better who you are, your values and motivations, and why you think, feel, and act the way you do. You can respond to situations more effectively when you better understand who you are and why you act the way you do.
Self-reflection helps you to gain perspective on what truly matters to you. As a result, you may decide more effectively whether to pursue goals that align with your needs and interests. It helps you to become more aware of your triggers and how to deal with them.
As self-reflection helps you to grow and develop yourself, we're kickstarting the Self-reflection Series - questions and prompts you can use to reflect. When answering, be honest and truthful to yourself.

Quote of the Month
“Don't worry about the challenges. Embrace them. Go through them even if they hurt. Tell yourself, there is something to be learned from this experience. You may not fully understand it now, but you will later. It's all part of life, and life is a process of learning. Every challenging experience develops your core of inner strength, which gets you through those storms. Nothing worth doing in life is going to be easy.”
