Excellent tips Kristin Luck One more I do since almost always in coach. I have a specific setup. Get window seat. More room curvation of plane. Eye mask and huge refillable water bottle. Dehydrate on plane so if sleeping and need a quick drink and I almost never watch video or movies. Catch up on reading. Puts me in more relaxed frame of mind. See you at #quirksbrooklyn

I agree with every tip! I tend to drink tons of coffee when I really should drink more water especially if feeling jet laggy
