Self-Love: Become your lover

Don’t confuse self-love with selfishness!!!!

This is for you. This is for the ones around you for you. This would help you meet YOU in You. Believe you me, this would connect you with you. This blog is a must-read stuff. You know what “your love for you is the only love that serves you the best and please don’t confuse self-love with selfishness.” Mind it or mind it, you can be any ones if you are yours. You are associated. You relate. Your all relationships suffer if you suffer.?Her I would motivate you to schedule a meeting about you with you. In other words, become your partner first before starting a partnership with anyone. See yourself as a partner for yourself. Your healthy relationship with you can pave way for ensuring healthy relationships with others and the significant others.

So below are some of my suggestions to practice more self-love?now!

Become your lover Tip 1 – Do what you enjoy doing

If you enjoy doing anything like bathroom singing, cooking, dancing, reading, gossiping, scrolling, watching funny stuff on TikTok, watching reels or shorts on FB, YouTube and Instagram, it can be anything, do it for yourself only. You know your limits, observe them and enjoy.

Become your lover Tip 2 – observe silence

If you want to reconnect yourself with you; listen to yourself in quiet. It is a wonderful way to love yourself. It can be 5-10 minutes slot booked by you for you. Trust me, this would recharge you. You must ensure total silence - no news, no Google, no Facebook, no Pinterest, no Instagram, no reels, no shorts, no calls, no texts, no chat and the like.

This would help you reflect on yourself and think about what you're grateful for, and what you should not be regretting about at all. You would feel rejuvenated. You would find the real you in you. The dormant account of yours will be reactivated. Practicing silent time can be much harder but, trust me, ?you'll find it SO?rewarding.

I do it and it’s worth doing!

Become your lover Tip 3 – Replace Negativity with Positivity

Look we all have negative side and it is present wherever you are. What you can do is to stop fighting with it and start replacing it with positivity. For this your first step is to start giving more time to those people and activities who /which ensure positivity. In other words, they see the brighter side of life and avoid indulging in the darker side in the name of security. What you can do is sharing positive stuff on your social media and with the people who take things positively. One would Start seeing and showing the other side of the picture as it helps and it would help you replace negative stuff with positive one. Once you start practicing it, this would become a habit. And habit matters the most.

Become your lover Tip 4 – Treat present as a present

Windscreen helps you drive well and if you get engaged with rear-view-mirror you cannot move forward. Your present is YOU. ?In other words, you being you should become you get entertained by the present. Otherwise is always otherwise Don’t let yesterday and tomorrow sandwich your present. This can be challenging, just like practicing being silent, but again it's so amazingly?rewarding! Look you deserve it. So do it live living which is your birth right.
