I think it is important to understand how we learn and what we learn to mold good self-leadership.

I define self-leadership as the ability to understand and appreciate the needs of our emotional feelings in life.

Self-leadership is a continuous cycle of learning, and rather than assuming we can all be servant leaders, the system needs to feel free to grow.

Even now, as I write this small piece tonight in line with some self-leadership principles, I feel that the quest is to learn how to master and appreciate the power of reflection.

What one must do is care about the need to learn about different contexts of leadership and to appreciate that you're not always going to be the perfect leader.
