Self-Inventory

Self-Inventory

It's spring time, and most of us think of decluttering and organizing but remember we have physical clutter due to the mental/emotional clutter in our heads. This spring, do things differently. Before you declutter the physical items, let's do an emotional declutter first. Take some time to do a self-inventory. This will help us to be more self-aware, understand what we are doing/thinking and help us remove what isn't working in our lives. We need to purge what is no longer serving us.

Self Inventory Questions - these questions need to be done when you have time and privacy. Be completely honest, and remember there is no right or wrong answer.?

1. What is collapsing in your life currently? When we take the time to look at what isn't working, we can see clearly whether it's time to remove or tweak.

2. What areas are starting to blossom in your life? These are the areas we need to put more effort into.

3. Who are you currently? Who do you want to be/your future self? You can only change/shift if you know who you are today and where you want to go.

4. What are you capable of doing? What could you accomplish if you put in the time/effort, and hard work (growth mindset)? How would your life be different if you felt the fear and took action anyway?

5. What areas of your life could you do more? Why haven't you? What is stopping you? Fear of failure? Fear of success? Are you overwhelmed/stressed??

6. How can you be in more alignment with your future self? What steps are you taking to become the person you want to be?

7. What are you tolerating in life? Write a list, and after each thing, ask yourself why? Why are you tolerating it? What comes up for you??
