Self-Esteem Gateway of Happiness

Self Esteem is the most misunderstood subject which simply means Taking care of and loving yourself. it is different from selfishness. selfishness will come when you gain something at the cost of others. here it is only you and you.

Self Esteem is the Gateway to happiness because once you are happy absolutely in yourself, your coordination is balanced in yourself then you will be happy in all conditions. today our happiness is dependent on others and if you are running behind to keep others happy, one person is not going to be happy, that is you. This is not about ignoring or hurting someone, it is just not trying unnatural ways to keep others happy

Four Steps to Increase Self Esteem

  1. Morning and Evening affirmations

Affirmations are simply positive things that you say out loud to yourself every day. Practice it every morning after waking up and at night before sleeping.

Like if you combined all dimensions. for Example Health and fitness

  • ? Every day is a new day full of hope, happiness, and health.
  • Every day in every way I am getting healthier and healthier.
  • I am my greatest well-wisher; I love my body
  • I am committed to achieving world-class health for my Body, Mind, and Soul.
  • I am made for Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Exercise

2 . Read and write every day

This is called the magic step, read every day for just 30 minutes, it may be anything but must be purposeful and write the feeling, learning, and pitfall of everything. it is like Gym, go every day and see your shapes you will not find a change but over some time, you will find considerable change.

3. Meditate and Exercise Every Day

Meditating brings clarity to thoughts and exercising makes you an action taker. these two are primary reasons for not having high self-esteem. You either lack clarity in view or you are not taking enough action to keep yourself up.

4. Stop the Negative Thoughts

Negative thoughts are like Insects in the roots of a healthy tree which will make you fall in rain or storm. it is more about habit. If life looks like a globe, then self Esteem and Negative thought are vertically opposite. for improving self-esteem we have to give up objective and subjective both types of negative thoughts.?
