SELF-CONFIDENCE MOTIVATION
One of the most commonly debated and researched fields in the business world is motivation. If we understand how and why people are motivated, we can encourage them to be their best at work. The more the people are motivated to be successful and achieve the goals set for them, the more their confidence in their own abilities will grow as well, which can, in turn, make them even more motivated.
When people are confident and motivated at work, there are many positive factors that result in the workplace.

Defining Confidence: A confident person focusses on being the best and doing the best and they focus on their strengths while managing their weaknesses. They take risk and challenge themselves by setting high goals. Confident people seek self-improvement opportunities and are not afraid to admit their mistakes. Confident people make good leaders or mentors.
Defining Motivation: The word “motivation” comes from the Latin verb “movere”, to move.? Motivation is a drive that causes movement or a reason to move. When we present a new goal to our subconscious brain, we move out of the static state into a state of positive discontent. This state provides us with the motivation to more towards the goal. Another simple definition for motivation is that it is a description of a person’s motive to action.? Those who are highly motivated to achieve things in their lives are also likely to be more fulfilled as they accomplish the things that are important to them in their lives.

All of us have a desire to achieve something in our lives, something important, of value, of quality, or of meaning.? Being motivated to meet our goals means that we are able to:

The more that we are able to achieve, the more self-confident we become and vice-versa. The reverse can happen if we fail to meet our goals.? If we fall short of achieving something, we may experience a dip in our self-confidence levels, which in turn impact our motivation to try again.? Understanding this relationship between motivation and self-confidence is important if we want to be able to improve either trait in ourselves.
We should work on our strengths, because strengths are the things, we are good at and enjoy doing.? Strengths based goals provide their own motivation.
The best kind of motivation is an internal one driven by a desire to achieve a goal we want.?
