So, today what I want to help you focus on is understanding what self-confidence means in action.
A good self-confidence definition is: a feeling of self-assurance that comes from one’s appreciation of their own abilities or qualities coupled with their awareness that no one is perfect, but that weakness can always be developed into abilities or strengths.
