Self conditioning to be positive in negative situations

Self conditioning to be positive in negative situations

How to condition self to be positive in negative situations using Anchoring?

Recently in my experience with NLP Academy and Michael Carroll, I enjoyed re-learning anchoring and used it personally multiple times.

Michael uses fun and learn technology well and your unconscious learns it to the core. I thank Michael Carroll for astounding learning I have had with him.

My experience in Portugal has been extremely astonishing where I consciously wasn’t much aware, and my unconscious took the responsibility to be with me and work with me.

Many people ask me “How do I know when I am unconscious?”.

Well, the answer it, when you don’t know, you are in process of tapping your unconscious. And now you must be thinking, and this would help you more to – “be, just be” and flow it freely.

Observe a child, what happens to him while he learn to play with the ball, he doesn’t even know what it is called and start repeating what a person in front doing…start repeating physiologically what the person is doing and doing and doing….Does he really think about what it is called…He doesn’t even know what it is called until he has actually heard by you. He receives the information by you that it is called “ball catching/throwing” or whatever you name it.

And that’s what you need to do while you learn differently.

A person asked me - how to be positive in the timeframes I want to be and how do I condition it to self. Think about how a child can be. When a child fall while learning how to walk, either he himself gets up quickly or an elder shift his focus to something else by saying or doing like by saying “come - on” or by showing him/her something or by doing something like making funny faces or clapping or getting up and dancing.

The point to learn here is:

Context: Negative (What you don’t want)

 Steps: Quickly Shift focus by:

Creating a voice inside or outside – You can say to self “Bring it on”

Creating a picture inside or seeing it outside – A colourful picture of positive point

Creating a shift in body – physiologically; with jumps, or hands or any movement which helps you. I love choosing my balance state by having my physiology in certain way which I learned during Michael’s Class.

Bring on that positive sound/image/feeling and expand it to the fullest.

Expansion and congruency is the key. Incongruency means- If I want to feel confident, how can I feel confident in the low voice, shrugged low shoulders, that is incongruent. Congruency would be –  Shoulders broad, voice at specific tempo and pitch and feeling congruent about confidence.

Repeat – Expansion with Congruency – 5-10 times

While you do so, automatically there is a shift in STATE.

Context: Shifts automatically to what you want.

Anchoring: What did you picked up, a voice, picture, movement – Think which was your strongest one – Mine is the Balance which I create physiologically and then the shift happens. For someone, it was a jump, for someone in my class, it was the shift in tonality. Your anchor is your anchor. Anchor is a specific trigger captured at the peak of state. It can be replicated the unique way and produces the same result.
