How are you doing? How are you really doing????


Our spaces are saturated with an overload or information (misinformation included, in fact this may be more overwhelming than actual facts), incidences. Time is literally faster according to a few sources and the other reason being age factor (as we age, time will be perceived to move along quicker). Before we know it, life happens, as they say.


In the last couple of months, along with the inception of the Human Design LAB ??????, I have been immersed other major matters- Benny's health (my second ginger catto), my own breathing/pacing (I'm embracing slow living, intentional living), family, hobbies- praying, lots of praying and reading, connecting with people and having space for loved ones and last but not least creating services/products that serves us individually and collectively (a amalgamation of wellbeing & diversity). For this, I am utmost grateful and would like to honor ? it by just mentioning it.


We have too far glorified the "hustle culture" and the circumstances are nothing but ugly. If you disagree out loud, I feel deep in your heart though, you would resonate with this. Collectively, there are parts of the society that is regressing to ways that no longer (never) served us well.


More and more, we don't question, don't think, are driven by external forces and systems to indulge without assuming the #freedom of #choice nor #intention.


We are seeing the fall-out of #diversity work in many organisations and spaces, despite such a buzz in the last 3 years, and especially when the covid pandemic hit. Question is- do we need another pandemic to learn what matters, and how focusing on what matters will only bring lasting goodness to individuals and organisations?
