We can all be guilty of forgetting to look after ourselves in our busy lives. But taking time out to carry out a small act of kindness for yourself is important for your health and well-being. The healthy habits that we adopt amount to self-care. When we look after ourselves, we are nourishing ourselves, valuing ourselves and believing in ourselves says Clinical hypnotherapist Jacquie Whur. We are saying I'm worth enough to look after and I value myself.?This all goes a long way to helping us feel physically and mentally ‘tip top’ and now we can be show up and be tip top for all the people in our lives.
