Self care gives a divine spiritual experience

In Hinduism, divine energy is called as "Shakti" (power). When you say 'Wellness' it means nothing but channelling the divine energy of the soul, mind and the body. The most important part of the human body is the 'latent' divine energy which lies between our skins to inner conscience, the potential energy or Shakti. Shakti comprises mind, intellect, emotions, vital senses, conscience and all other senses. You are a divine self means you have a connection to all that is with you on the earth. It is the Divine recognition of where you came from and where you are going. You may wish to call Divine Self "soul memory." It is something you have brought with you through all of your lifetimes no matter who you are.

Spiritual self-care is the activity where we engage in to find and nurture a sense of connection to a Higher Power and meaning for our lives. There are many spiritual paths and spiritual support systems in this world. Some of us may find that one particular spiritual path feels right and helps us find meaning and understanding for life. By connecting with your body through close examination of your senses, by slowing down, and receiving breath, you are connecting with the divine. Just connect enough to start listening to the vast silent intelligence of your physical being and you'll be met with your soul.

The spiritual aspect refers to spiritual energy working at a deep level on our spiritual being. The healing involves the transfer of energy; in other words, it is not from the healer him or herself, but the healer links with 'Universal' or Divine energy to channel healing for the mind, body and spirit. These can all be signs that the spiritual energy is doing its work and catalysing changes within your system. Other common sensations can include tingling, numbness, and pulsing. You might be more acutely aware of your breath and your heartbeat.

According to Susan Kingsbury's theory, who has led retreats on the topic for over 10 years, “the Divine Feminine is an energy that has been with us the since ancient times."She tells that "Consciousness is basically divided up into the 'masculine' side and the 'feminine' side, and we need both to achieve our highest creative. Very much like the concept of Shiv and Shakti the two forms of Lord Shiva one is masculine and other form is feminine and Lord shiva is a combination of Shiv+Shakti and hence the Shiv ling shows the forming the union of male and female sexual organs in the most divine forms of energy transfer.

In order to feel the presence of divine beings, or to see them or talk to them, the person must be in higher vibrations. When one is in higher vibrations, one can be in touch with divine beings. Helena Blavatsky formally defined the higher self as "Atma the inseparable ray of the Universe and one self. It is the God above, more than within, us". Each and every individual has a Higher self. She says "It promotes an emanation cosmology in which the universe is perceived as outward reflections from this Absolute". Theosophy teaches that the purpose of human life is spiritual emancipation and claims that the human soul undergoes reincarnation upon bodily death according to a process of karma.

When we talk about 'self care' it involves all the activities that help you to stay fit and healthy, and with enough energy to get through your work and personal commitments. This forms a regular routine for each one of us how we develop a regular sleep routine and aim to have a healthy life style, eating diet food in proper lunch breaks and dinner breaks, have small walks after meals, take your pet for a walk and also walk with your partner daily at least for 30 minutes. Self care involves looking after ourselves and keep a fit and fine regimen of yoga, meditation, healing of chakras as well as getting enough sound sleep.

Self-care includes all the things you do to take care of your well-being in four key dimensions – your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Practising, deep breathing is very soothing for the soul as well as mind. When we sit or lie down comfortably by resting your hands on your stomach and go into deep mindfulness meditation watching your breath intake movement and control slow exhalation. We also do visualisation by keeping the eyes closed by relaxing and imagining the world around is a peaceful place, like a forest or a sea shore where you are enjoying this eternal divine peace around. We may chant mantra like "Aum" sitting quietly and keep slow chanting with deep breathing and it creates positive energy circles around our aura doing it absolutely serene and divine experience.

One can experience what is called in theology as divine light which is an aspect of divine presence, specifically an unknown and mysterious ability of God, angels, or human beings to express themselves through communicative and spiritual means, rather than through physical capacities as humans. Some divine individuals who have achieved spiritually higher levels of atman, may experience the presence of "Divine Mother or Mother Divine" also known as 'Adi Parashakti', a goddess in the Hindu religion or Devi Bhagavathi, female goddesses in Hinduism, or Blessed Virgin Mary in Roman Catholic faith.

In general, the spiritual significance of self care includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. Like your own sense of purpose, your personal definition of spirituality may change throughout your life, adapting to your own experiences and healthy relationships. Keep taking good self care and keep experiencing diving energy feel in your body, mind and soul. Stay Blessed! #kishoreshintre

For me "self-care" is a wholesome process where I need to take care of myself not physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. Because we can't negate the fact that these are all interconnected. Thanks for sharing this enlightening post Sir. KISHORE SHINTRE With Positive Vibrations??
