??Three Steps to Managing Stress Effectively:

1. Create a Daily De-Stress Ritual. Set aside time each day for stress relief, whether it’s 5 minutes of deep breathing, stretching, or journaling. Having a regular de-stress ritual can help you manage overwhelming moments before they escalate.

2. Focus on What You Can Change. Many of our stresses come from situations outside our control. Focus on the things you can influence, and let go of those you cannot. Shifting your focus can lighten your mental load and bring clarity.

3. Practice Mindfulness. When stress builds up, we often lose touch with the present moment. Practice mindfulness by grounding yourself in the here and now—whether it’s through meditation, a mindful walk, or simply observing your surroundings.
