2. Unplug from Technology. Constant notifications and digital distractions are a major source of mental chaos. Set aside tech-free time each day to allow your mind to rest. Even 30 minutes of unplugged time can create mental clarity.

3. Focus on the Present. A wandering mind often leads to stress. Bring your attention back to the present moment by engaging in activities that require your full attention, like cooking, exercising, or journaling. This mindfulness helps foster calm.
