  9. What are some of the ways you may unintentionally affect those around you.
  10. What is your typical reaction to failure or setbacks in life?
  11. Have you sought feedback from others in order to better understand yourself?
  12. Do you ever feel that your emotions cloud your judgement or decisions?
  13. How can you maintain a healthy balance between work and life?
  14. Do you have any patterns or themes that repeat in your interactions with others?
  15. What are your plans to learn and grow as a person?
  16. Are there any biases, prejudices or preconceptions that could influence your perceptions and interactions?
  17. What is your definition of success? Do you live in accordance with it?
