PRESENCE
As if you needed another reason for mindfulness, perhaps this one may inspire you to spend more time becoming ????♀? present, both with yourself and with others: it can help your memory.

WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW
A critical part of self-awareness is discovering what you ????♀? don't know. This week, pay attention to it. You might uncover ?? growth opportunities, learn new things, appreciate contradictions, and tap into your ?? curiosity. And then, do it again next week...and the next.
"Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom."
- Lao Tzu
REMINDER: SYSTEM 2
Your behavior is an outcome of two systems of thinking. System 1 is ? fast, intuitive, and cannot be turned off. It shows up when you don't have to think: routine tasks and emotional ?? reactions. System 2 is ?? slow, logical, and must be turned on. It shows up when you must think: making decisions, responding vs. reacting, or being ?? intentional. So as you review your calendar for this week, where are the opportunities for you to turn on System 2??
Give someone the gift of knowledge, wisdom, and growth. Teach them something about emotional intelligence. Anything.
YOU'RE A LEADER
It doesn't matter how ???? young or inexperienced you are. It doesn't matter how many people report to you. It doesn't matter if you don't have "manage" or "lead" in your ???? job description. It doesn't matter if you're an individual contributor. You're still a leader...of ?? yourself.?That is more important, and necessary, to being an effective leader of others.
