I am thoroughly enjoying my reflections on life, loving and being aware.
Most people understand “Life” in some manner and love in some patterned, “usual” way, but it is about “Being Self-Aware” that many people ask questions!
·????? What does Self-awareness mean?
·????? How does it help us?
·????? What benefits and value does it bring to humans?
?It's important to address these questions ?since
·????? Self-awareness is often seen as a higher state of existence.
·????? Philosophers, religious leaders, and others talk about being aware and self-aware, making it seem superior.
·????? It's also linked to ideas like “living in the present” and practices like “Deep meditation”, which are associated with ideas of an evolved mind.
?Self-awareness has gained interest due to its positive reputation of being associated with wise people who find it meaningful in life's journey.
?Obviously when a Buddha, a Ramana maharishi, Osho ?or Jiddu Krishnamoorthy are seen as evolved beings, and their common denominator is a call for “Self-awareness”, the world believes it must be great, ?must be valuable, it is a “must” for enlightened living.
So, what does self-awareness really mean?
?Let me share my experiences and understanding. My conviction and clarity. You have a choice of looking at it, taking it & trying it
?or junking it and being as “usual”…You are welcome!

When I'm aware, I experience three things: I am
1.????? Afresh
2.????? Alive
3.????? Attentive
·????? First of all, I feel fresh and vibrant…I am not clouded in preoccupations and concerns at that point of time, about anything other than “what is present” with me, around me, calling me.
·????? Next, I am and I come alive as I sense and absorb my surroundings. I do not miss to notice, I am recognizing fully, I am a 100% knowing entity.
·????? My attention is fully available to whatever I choose to focus on without distraction. In that state there is no wastage of energy due to distraction or pre-occupation. This deep attention can be compared to the state of being present and continuously engaged in “that” alone.
·????? The feeling of freshness is enriching, like a blooming flower.
A blooming flower “is and looks ”Vibrant, Beautiful, and Fresh, and that's how awareness feels.
What does this all add up to in my/our daily lives?
when I'm in this state of awareness. I feel vibrant, fully present, and vigilant. This vigilance isn't about being cautious; it's about seeing things as they are, without any baggage from the past. That's where the freshness comes in. There's no clutter or past influences, so we can be completely present with our full potential.
