Self-Assessment of CPD Points in Medicolegal Education

Self-Assessment of CPD Points in Medicolegal Education

Our Medicolegal courses provide healthcare, legal professionals and insurance administration with an opportunity to learn about the latest advancements and research in their field. Attending these courses can also help practitioners fulfil their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Many colleges and professional bodies require their members to self-assess and claim CPD points for attending such events.

CPD requirements typically involve a certain number of learning hours or points that must be accrued annually or biennially. The exact number varies based on the policy of the specific college or professional body. As a practitioner, you may earn these points through various ways, such as attending conferences, participating in workshops, or engaging in online learning. It's important to note that being a speaker at a medical conference generally earns more CPD points than being a delegate. After each Course, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance and or an academic Certificate if passed the relevant examination. These documents are crucial for self-assessing and recording your CPD points, and must be kept for your CPD/CME records
