A visit to places like the cancer ward, especially those for children, or a dialysis center or liver clinic can be an eye-opener. It's a reminder to be grateful for our own health. This realization encourages us to treat our bodies with more respect and return to simpler, healthier lifestyles. Incorporating plenty of physical activity and making dietary changes towards greener, simpler foods can make a significant difference.
