Selena Gomez puts her Fort Worth home on the market for nearly $3M
North Texas native, singer and actress Selena Gomez has put her Fort Worth mansion on the market for nearly $3 million with a Dallas-based real estate firm.
Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty's has listed the home at 4649 Saint Laurent Court in the Montserrat gated neighborhood for $2,999,000.
The five-bedroom, 10,016-square-foot mansion sits on a 1.5 acres with a tennis-sport court, resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, cabana, putting green and a spacious backyard.
The home, which was built by the Morrison Group, features an open floorpan that was built for entertaining with a chef's kitchen, as well as game and crafts rooms. It also features a media room, which Gomez personally enjoyed.
"The media room won me over the minute I walked in," said Gomez, adding this is one of her favorite things to do with family.
She had purchased the Fort Worth mansion to spend more time with friends and family in North Texas.
The home's location in the gated community allows access to a clubhouse, community pool, private pond, a jogging and biking path and a 17-acre park.
Terry, one of the Realtors marketing the property, said this is an opportunity to own a property with resort-style living in a comfortable home setting.
