SelectQuote Rolls Out New Rewards & Recognition Platform - The SQuare

SelectQuote is delighted to announce that we have launched a new rewards and recognition platform, The SQuare! After much strategizing and teamwork between our associates, we are so excited to finally use this rewards platform as our new internal communications tool for SelectQuote.

Within this platform, there are a variety of resources, announcements, and interactive content for our Associates to check out. Additionally, The SQuare allows all users to send E-cards to one another to recognize hard work and achievements throughout the organization!?

A handful of Associates contributed to the design and launch of the platform.? Hilliary Miller, HR Wellness Specialist, shares insight into the preparation of The SQuare below.

The SQuare includes 'Community' pages for Culture & Community, Wellness, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer Opportunities from the SelectQuote Foundation. SelectQuote won't stop there! Resources will continue to grow, as more Community pages are offered in the future.

The best part is, Associates can even access the platform by downloading the app from their mobile devices! This is just one way SelectQuote keeps engagement closer than ever before in a remote and hybrid work environment.
