What do you see in the picture?. Black kite, white kite, birds, circles, eyes, aliens?. All of these answers are correct.
I have copied this picture from Circle Limit I, 1958 - M.C. Escher - WikiArt.org, just to explain a simple but important concept of selective perception.
In our daily life we perceive things/events our way ignoring perspectives of our peers/colleagues/friends/acquaintances. We consider their perspectives wrong/stupid/useless/worthless etc. We tend to ignore opposing comments.
This attitude not only effects results but also relationships.
Give it a thought!
Listen to other perspectives. Let ideas flow!. Get results and keep relationships.
