Your visuals are always so helpful in communicating your messages, Aaron. Thank you for this piece. Curious as to why you don't recommend professional coaching to "people leaders." In my experience, it seems to be the level that could have the biggest level of impact on employee engagement, retention, etc. (Perhaps this is all addressed in the white paper - which I just downloaded and will read shortly!)
