In our ongoing exploration of effective delegation through Geeta's transformational journey, we've reached a crucial juncture – the art of selecting your delegation dream team. Just as a cricket captain strategically selects the best players for different positions in the team, a leader must astutely choose the right individuals from their team for successful delegation.
Picture Geeta as she continued her coaching journey, now equipped with a strong pre-delegation strategy. She had clarity about which tasks to delegate and a checklist to ensure a seamless delegation process. However, one vital question remained – Whom to delegate to?

However, she did not completely let go of the team. While entrusting her team with responsibilities, Geeta provided unwavering support and guidance. Team members knew they had a reliable source of assistance whenever they encountered challenges.
